Your MDS Client Portal gives you convenient access to your project information, progress, important dates, approvals, requests, and website links—all in one place.

Already an MDS client? Sign in to your secure portal to check progress and respond to open items.

Client Login

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR CLIENT PORTAL

  1. Step 1

    Select Client Login

    Click the Client Login button on the McGraw Digital Solutions website.

  2. Step 2

    Sign In Securely

    Enter the email address associated with your MDS client account and your password.

  3. Step 3

    Open My Projects

    After signing in, select My Projects to see your active MDS projects.

  4. Step 4

    View Your Project

    View available project information, including:

    • Current project status
    • Project completion percentage
    • Start date
    • Expected launch date
    • Milestones
    • Update requests
    • Pending approvals
    • Website or preview link when available
    • Other client-facing project information
  5. Step 5

    Review & Respond

    When available, review approvals, submit update requests, and respond to items that need your attention.

FIRST-TIME CLIENTS

First time accessing your portal?

MDS portal accounts are created by invitation. When your project begins, we email an activation link to the email address associated with your MDS account.

  1. 1. Open the activation link in your MDS invitation email.
  2. 2. Sign in with that same email address — the portal will not recognize a different address.
  3. 3. Your portal access activates automatically and opens your dashboard.

If your invitation link has expired or you never received one, contact us and we'll send a new invitation.

Forgot your password?

On the sign-in page, select Forgot password? and enter your account email. We'll send a secure reset link so you can set a new password yourself.

For your security, passwords are never visible to MDS staff and reset links expire shortly after they're sent.
